2014 Winnebago Forza Review
Winnebago Industries, Inc. has introduced the all-new, nicely priced 2014 Forza. The Forza is built upon the Freightliner XCS straight-rail chassis. This provides a solid foundation, along with a Cummins 340 horsepower diesel engine and an Allison six-speed transmission that delivers all the power. The Class A boasts an information display center, rear radiator, 160-amp alternator, and air brakes with ABS. The cab seats are extremely comfortable with their adjustable armrests and lumbar support.
The vehicle is available in four stylish full-body paint choices, which are wine, tundra, sandstone, and graystone. It is outfitted with stainless steel wheel liners and stylized aluminum wheels. For the inside, there are three choices for fabric collections including Mountain View, Arctic, and Fracture. Similarly, customers can choose from two different wood finishes, which are coffee-glazed forest cherry and coffee-glazed honey cherry. Each is then finished off with Satin Nickel hardware.
It includes two different floor plans, the smaller 34T and the larger 38R. Both are furnished with fine amenities that add all the creature comforts you will certainly appreciate while on the road. You will enjoy watching television and movies on a home theater entertainment system that includes either a 46” or 50” HDTV, depending on the floor plan. The galley possesses upscale Corian countertops with a backsplash, a two-door refrigerator and freezer, microwave, convection oven, and a three burner range top for all your cooking desires.
The bedroom includes a queen bed with an innerspring mattress, along with a bedspread, pillows, and shams. There is an additional television located in this room, either 28” or 32” depending on the chosen floor plan. Customers can add a second bedroom by turning the cab of the coach into a loft. A large bed can drop down from the ceiling and transform into an instant sleeping space for any guests. The bathroom has a porcelain toilet, flexible showerhead, textured glass showered door, laminate countertop, and a skylight.
Winnebago understands how important storage is when you are traveling. Therefore, they have evolved a SmartSpace design. These help make the most efficient use of space within the motor home. One of the key features is the BenchMark full-comfort dinette that has hidden storage compartments in the flip seats and drawer slides. Exterior storage is also easily accessible with a large trunk that has multiple doors and sliding trays. It even has a compartment cover that will instantly turn into a picnic table for eating outside.
All of these excellent features combine to form a highly recommended motor home that will suit all your traveling needs and fit within your budget. Just a quick stroll through the new 2014 Winnebago Forza and you will surely start planning all the adventures you could take!
